Join me in the high desert at the prettiest time of the year, wide vistas, cool weather with desert inspiration and colors.

We will explore the art of the book with a unique and easy structure that will incorporate Gelli prints and stained papers that are created during the workshop. Many of Robyn’s unique techniques and approaches to Gelli Printing will be shared and explored. Using these prints the participants will construct a book structure that becomes the vessel to hold new discoveries. Limited to 15 participants.

The Hague/Amsterdam Art Retreat June 2020

Let’s Gelli Print and make Books in Amsterdam!
Yes, my friend and fellow artist Tessa Maagdenberg will be hosting me! We will work in her large store front studio. Let’s push what the Gelli plate can do, I’ll share my latest techniques as we create intriguing book structures!

Gelli Printing and Book making (Location TBA)
We will explore my latest Gelli printing techniques, shop the local Brocantes and vide-grenier where we will collect old books to re-purpose in our book structures using the Gelli prints we’ve made.

We will also explore the city as inspiration for long lazy hours in the studio!
