A few years back the New York Times fashion section published it’s list of wardrobe classics. Leopard was named among them, along with pashmina shawls.
When I read the article I smiled because I always felt that leopard was a classic. You can do so much with it, works well with just about everything, it can be neutralized in just about any color grouping or with a ton of patterns!
I never get enough Leopard…
So when I was shopping in Anthropology this spring and came across these pants, I loved the pattern and immediately thought of a leopard top I had that would work nicely.
This has been my go to mixed patterns for this season, it’s easy to wear, is fun and it never ceases to amaze me at how many folks are surprised at the combination.
But then how many times have us “Leopard Girls” heard that!

It’s not living if you ain’t got some Leopard :) The Sunglasses are Patrick Kelly I did a post on him, and you can find them on ebay from time to time for good prices.
I’ve had mine for years and they have held up, so they are a good investment!
